Annexcafe.Hobbies.Digital.Scrapbook.Elements
was created to allow newsgroup participants of
annexcafe.hobbies.digital.scrapbooking
a forum to share their own scrapbook creations,
specifically digital image files used in the
creation of scrapbook pages.
Guidelines as follows -
1. Images may be posted by their designer/creator
only. Only images which are the creation of the designer may be
posted. Colorized, rescaled of other designers' work do not constitute
original work.
2. Posting of original images by the designer does not
constitute permission to share or repost those images elsewhere. Images
posted may not be shared elsewhere without express written permission by the
individual designer.
3. Images may be removed by the newsgroup moderator, for
possible copyright infringement, or inappropriate theme, or any other reason
the moderator deems fit.
4. Images will not be archived by the server. Retention on
the server is dictated by the server administration, and not the forum
moderator.
5. Attachments may not exceed 1 megabyte in size, which
includes all header and formatting information. Any attachment in excess
of 1 megabyte will not be posted. There are no
exceptions.
